Keeping Things Right!

Keeping Things Right!

We’re so pleased to have such great residents taking care of our properties. To make sure that your home continues to be safe and at the high standard we both expect, our qualified team will come around every 6 months to undertake a Property Health Check.

This is just to ensure that there’s been no damage or faults anywhere, helping us to keep your home ship-shape and help you get your full deposit back when you move out. You don’t have to be around for the visit, but if you would like to attend please let us know. We’ll give you at least 24 hours’ notice and will do our best to limit any disruption or inconvenience.

Furry Friends

Furry Friends

You love your home, your area, your neighbours but something’s missing..? If you decide you would like to get a furry friend to join you in your home, please get in touch with us before adopting!

We have allowances for pets on all of our developments, but all animals need to be applied for. To avoid disappointment or breach of contract, make sure you give the team a call first and complete any necessary paperwork so every new addition can move in happy. Check out our full Pet Policy for more info.
